Coming from the oldest and highest mountains in our world, Himalayan Quartz Crystal is

unusually powerful and holds a clear, unobstructed connection to Higher Guidance. Due to the extreme altitude and its inaccessibility of the mines these crystals are always mined by hand with great care and respect. They are then brought back down small trails in back packs and on trek animals.

The most sought after of the Himalayan Quartz are those from Mt. Meru (Shark Fin Mountain). Mt. Meru is considered the center of the Universe. Meru Mountain is the connector between Heaven and Earth. It is the physical, metaphysical and spiritual center of the universe as all the planets along with the sun revolve around this mountain. According to Hindu mythology, many deities and the Brahma – Shiva, Krishna and Vishnu reside here. It is known as the ‘Sumeru Parvat’ (Parvat = Mountain) in Hindi. This mountain also holds reverence in Buddhism, it is the mystical representation of the sacred stupa or five-tiered mountain of light. It has great significance in the early scriptures of the world. This sacred mountain is said to connect to the North Pole.

While Himalayan Quartz can be programmed, each piece is more strongly a teacher than a quartz crystal to be programmed. Manihar Quartz is found in the northern corner of India near the Tibetan plateau.
