Many new homes constructed today have large, modern bathrooms with every imaginable
kind of showers, toilets, bathtubs and fixtures. However, from a feng shui perspective it is best to minimize the size and décor of your bathroom/toilet area. The bathroom should not be too large, and unfortunately no matter how much you spend, a fancy decor does not enhance it from a feng shui perspective – it merely magnifies the bad luck.
Toilet should be small and inconspicuous |
Keep Toilet Damage to a minimum:
- The bathroom door should always be kept closed when not in use
- Always keep the toilet seat closed
- Make sure your toilet is small and inconspicuous
- If your toilet is part of the larger bathroom (not in separate area), build a divider or screen between the toilet and rest of the bathroom to block it from view.
- The bed should not be against a wall which has a toilet on the other side.
- The bed should not be placed immediately below a toilet on a higher floor – this presses down on the sleeping resident below and can cause a great deal of misfortune, so don’t sleep beneath a bathroom.
- Wealth luck is affected by a toilet in the SOUTHEAST corner, sons of the family are affected by a toilet in the EAST, a toilet in the WEST will affect the marriage prospects of your children and a toilet in the Southwest will flush away marriage opportunities and happiness.
Don’t wait for success to come to you – create it!
