Balance Your Air for Better Health

Believe it or not, sometimes the air in your home may be causing you problems!
This occurs when it become imbalanced due to excessive dryness or pollution.  The pervading chi of your living space weakens, and as a result, the moods and feelings of family members can be affected.  Unexpected migraines may occur along with tiredness and fatigue. This is because when the air is out of sync, the body reacts in a negative way.  And it also affects the interaction between people who live in the home.

Here’s what to do:  If you notice that family members or your spouse are irritable and short-tempered, or experiencing frequent bouts with allergy attacks and headaches, the solution is to spray water droplets (mist) into the air to repair the yin/yang imbalance.

You can also turn on a fan to increase the flow of chi.  Even if you don’t find the air polluted or dry, spray some water into it – you’ll be surprised at how effective this is. Water always has a very calming effect on everyone, even this way.

Additional Tip: Add some lavender in the form of essential oil to the water before misting the room.  This helps to create a relaxing ambience.

Don’t overlook air quality issues if your feng shui is out of sync.
