No Weddings This Month!

During this month of Hungry Ghost spiritual rituals are focused on appeasing the dead, not
the living and it is thought to be the most YIN month of the year. Therefore it's a good idea to avoid any type of happiness occasion like a wedding since doing so will incur the jealousy and dissatisfaction of the spirits who cannot enjoy such happy times. Why not just wait a little longer and postpone your wedding to the following month?
