Engaging in the Spiritual Dimension of feng shui is hugely beneficial to everyone in a variety
of ways. We are able to receive the abundance of the cosmic universe and all the good fortunes that it sends to us. Our living environments, our homes and apartments play a big part too. I have spoken to you often of the trinity of Tien Ti Ren – the trinity of heaven, earth and mankind. It’s natural to protect our homes with symbolic door guardians like Fu Dogs or Pi Yao and often we spiritually consecrate them to empower them even more.

When you learn how to tune into your own spiritual frequency and use your own spirit energy to empower your space, you home transforms…it is no longer just a home but your connection to the cosmic realms. Think of connecting through meditation, breathing, visualizations and so forth. Eventually your space becomes a center of sacred energy that radiates with power.

To ensure your good feng shui, love your home and keep it happy! Keep it clean and rejuvenate the energy! Do not forget the spirits and local landlords who live along side of you – be sure they are nurtured and taken care of. Remember they can help you or bring problems and misfortune so do take care of them.

This is especially important right now during Hungry Ghost month, but I urge you to always be aware of their presence and take good care of them. Wandering spirits can bring illness and cause mischief…but not when your local landlords are watching over you.

Taking care of these local spirits in your home environment does not mean you need to compromise any of your religious principles. Just think of them as beings living in parallel realms who need your love and attention.
