The God of the Year is also known as the Tai Sui and the Grand Duke Jupiter.
This is because his location on the compass follows the path of the great planet Jupiter as it moves around the earth – an aspect of the time dimension of feng shui. There are 60 Tai Suis in total, and this year the Tai Sui is the Selfless General Lu Mi.
In 2020 he resides in North 2, the zodiac palace of the RAT. (Note that the Tai Sui always resides in the direction of the ruling animal sign of the year.) The most important thing to remember is not to confront the Tai Sui and showing such respect is what will bring you good fortune and his blessings. Thus, if your house faces north, you are automatically in direct clash with the Tai Sui; if your head faces north while sleeping, or when sitting at your desk or dining table you are facing north, you are clashing with the Tai Sui because you confront him directly.
Now if you are born in the year of the Horse, you also clash head on as your astrological home is the south of the Zodiac wheel which is directly opposite the Tai Sui in the north this year. In addition to the horse and rat, there are a few other zodiac signs that are “fan Tai Sui”, clashing with the Tai Sui in 2020 and they are the rooster, rabbit, and sheep. Another thing you must avoid is any digging, pounding, loud noise and renovation in the north, the home of the Tai Sui for 2020.
Note: The Tai Sui Plaque is always an extremely popular item as most of you already recognize the necessity of having it in your home. I'm happy to report that it will be back in stock on February 15th and you can order it here Tai Sui Plaque 2020. Be sure to place in the north by February 4, 2020.
