The real secret to good health, wealth and being happy is to work at it every day.
What I mean is, you have to WORK at feeling good every single day of your life. EVERY DAY. As we continue to go through troubled times, how you approach each day is extremely important to your wellbeing – your health, happiness and success.
Work at feeling good
It’s time to tap your inner strength and feel good.
1. Acknowledge that your life has a purpose and know what that purpose is.
When you feel that your life is solid and you are secure in knowing your purpose, you become more confident. You know in your heart that you already possess the answers you need to get through any obstacle that comes your way. Now is a good time to think on these things, meditate and journal daily, even if this is not something you usually do.
2. Look at situations and people differently.
Feeling good is knowing that you can remold your reactions in accordance with each new circumstance and each new way of viewing things. You are in complete control. The person you took for granted before could turn out to be a soulmate. Let something that you do every day reveal a fresh new insight that you can take joy from.
Hostile scenarios often come suddenly, think about COVID 19. The Corona Virus caused an energy imbalance that gave way to panic reactions throughout the world. And it didn’t stop there. Negative emotions and destructive energy will often manifest causing anger and tempers to flare. If and when you feel this way, stop and take a deep breath. Consciously take a very deep breath, making it especially slow as you breathe out. Another technique is to do the opposite of what you are doing when you go out of sync (if you are sitting down, stand up). Maintain your balance and get back in sync.
Life isn’t always fair. There are days that may bring happiness or cause you unbearable pain. Recognize them for what they are and be prepared to accept the unchangeable circumstances but be sure to celebrate the happy times as well. Tap into your powerful inner strength, for it knows where to find answers and where to seek solace and comfort.
Love,
Lillian
