TREES TO BRING GOOD FORTUNE

Trees symbolize the wood element which is the only living element of all the five elements –
it is a symbol of growth.  Each time you plant a tree in your garden, it’s like starting a new project or business. As you shape, prune or trim it, you are nurturing its spirit which will deliver auspicious outcomes, as long as you care for it properly!
Here are some tips for you:

1. Never let trees grow ugly with dried and disease-infested branches and leaves that make it unpleasant to look at.  Trees must be cared for – this brings good health luck.


2. Trim and shape your trees so they do not grow wild or get taken over by wandering spirits that could shape your tree to look quite fearful.  When properly shaped they will bring sustainable good fortune.


3. When you find your trees ailing – that is they are growing thin, leaves are falling and there may be parasites, cut them back and feed them with proper growth fertilizers so that new shoots can grow.  Usually, the faster growing trees are more susceptible to insect infestation because they are less hardy. It’s always good to give these trees a good trim. When the new shoots appear, they bring rejuvenating luck.


4. Trees that are old and dying should be allowed to go.  Cut them back and then dig out the roots. In place of the old tree, be sure to plant a new one.  This brings new growth luck!

Remember to monitor the health of your trees carefully. When they grow tall and thin, they must be cut down at least halfway so that new branches can sprout out bringing the type of new rejuvenating luck described above.  
Choose whatever kind of tree suits you – some people like fruit bearing trees because they represent a “harvesting significance” – something often equated to bringing good luck; while others enjoy trees that flower seasonally suggesting a flowering of success and recognition.  It really doesn’t matter what kind of tree it is – the important thing is to take care of your trees properly if you want them to attract good fortune!
