Throat Chakra – Why Your Full Expression is Needed in the World

The energy lines may be flowing, but they only go so far through the Throat Chakra and

then there’s a sense of restriction.

Sometimes there’s a lot of energy, but it isn’t being expressed. For some of you there’s a light, faint energy through the Throat Chakra when it comes to showing up as a healer, or it’s totally choked off, and simultaneously, you may have expression that has to do with other areas of your life where you may be better in those areas. Compared to being a healer and being fully expressed, it’s a whole different story.

A lot of this has to do with:

• Not wanting to hurt other people’s feelings
• Am I going to be too much for other people?
• Will everybody leave me?

There are all of these comments and fears we have around fully expressing ourselves, so, today, again, I’m going to each Chakra just to give it some attention and we can also do some clearings each week around each Chakra for yourself.
